We are proud to announce that Roma earned an "E" rating for excellent achievement in food safety. No critical violations were noted, and all food items were found to be in compliance with the Pima County Health Department. Food safety is extremely important in our kitchen and we refuse to uphold and standard other than perfect. Our guests can be guaranteed that they are eating only the best foods handled in the proper fashion. Congrats to all Roma employees for this perfect grade on our latest inspection!
